MALAYSIAN BOARD OF CANOE EDUCATION (MBOCE)

The primary purpose od this board is to construct and conduct systematic canoe education syllabus throughout the country. Established in 1995, the MBOCE has been a significant department of MASCA in enhancing the quality of canoe education in Malaysia. In order to achieve the stated goals, this Board focused more on publications, workshops, seminars, and skills pracs.

Introducing a new and systematic caone education syllabus throughout the country is such an exhausting job. Therefore MBOCE had a smart partnership and networking with several kayaking and outdoor operators all over Malaysia. They are:

1. Pusat KoKurikulum Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (MOE Outdoor Education Centre)
2. Jabatan Belia dan Sukan Negeri (States Youth and Sports Department)
3. Perception Inc. Malaysia
4. Majlis Sukan Negeri (States Sports Council)
5. Institusi Pengajian Awam dan Swasta (Malaysian universities)
6. Wilderness Camp Malaysia

In order to generate an informative and a better kayakers in Malaysia, the board with Universiti Pendidikan Sultan had published two kayaking books. If you're interested, just give a yell to the board.
